:- If a partner complains with proof that there has been undue delay in settling the accounts of the firm, the concerned department may appoint one or more liquidators to dissolve the firm. The liquidator or liquidators must file the partnership acknowledgment and the act of dissolution and the account book in accordance with this Act. The work of the liquidators will be under the control of the concerned department.
